How to Report a Streetlight Issue
Entegrus Inc. maintains streetlights on behalf of our Public Works Department. We have approximately 10,400 streetlights throughout Chatham-Kent.
We rely on your help to keep our communities safe, so please report lights that are burnt out.
All streetlight poles have a number, so please include the pole number, street and community when you make the report. If there is a group of lights, such as in a park, try to describe its location. Accurate description is important because Entegrus Inc. performs repairs during the day when the streetlights are off.

Report a Streetlight Outage form is available on the Entegrus website to report damaged or malfunctioning streetlights. Information required includes contact info, the nearest address and pole number.
