If you move, please let us know your new address as soon as possible. Failure to receive a tax bill could result in penalty and interest charges of 1.25% per month applied to unpaid accounts. It is the property owner's responsibility to pay their bills on time.

Letter of Authorization
Complete the applicable authorization form below for any person or business who is not a registered owner to receive tax and/or assessment-related information for the property you own. For multiple properties, you will be required to complete and submit a letter of authorization for each property.

Statement of Account
A Statement of Accounts is a document that details the balance of the tax account and transaction during the period in which it was generated. To generate a Statement of Account free of charge, please visit the Chatham-Kent Property Tax Portal. Customers can also request a Statement of Account by attending any of our municipal service centres or by calling 519-360-1998. Requests issued through our municipal offices are subject to a fee of $10.62 plus HST, per taxation year, in accordance with the User Fee Bylaw.
Property Tax Bill Reprint

Requests issued through our municipal offices are subject to a fee of $10.62 plus HST, per taxation year, in accordance with the User Fee Bylaw. Please note, historical property tax bills can only be generated for the 2021 tax year and forward.
