Gluten Sensitivity Information Sessions
Chatham Branch
- Monday, February 17 at 6:00 pm - an introduction to gluten sensitivity.
- Saturday, February 22 at 10:00 am - more detailed information on dealing with sensitivities and improving your overall health.
Want to know the facts about gluten sensitivity and how it affects your health? Wondering about going gluten free and whether it will help you feel better?
Join local pharmacist and nutrition consultant, Carmel Marentette, at Chatham-Kent Public Library to learn the basics of a gluten free diet, how to avoid health problems caused by gluten and what foods have "hidden" gluten. Even those who do not have celiac disease or a wheat allergy can benefit from this information.
Two information sessions will be presented at Chatham Branch. It is not necessary to attend session one before session two, come to one or both! Registration is not required.
