RideCK is providing a Beach Bus Shuttle service that is scheduled to run from the Chatham Downtown Transfer Terminal to both Mitchell's Bay & Erieau. This service is scheduled to run one day per month for three months in 2024 and provide service to Mitchell's Bay and Erieau from Chatham Downtown Transfer Terminal, with stops at St. Clair College Chatham Campus, Pain Court, Grande Pointe, Charing Cross, and Blenheim. Service is scheduled to run from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; details for each stop are on the RideCK website at www.chatham-kent.ca/transit
The cost to ride one way will be $5.00, increasing to $5.25 in July and is running on the following dates:
- June 29th
- July 20th
- August 3rd
Children five years of age and younger are free accompanied by a caregiver. The Smartcard Cash Pass is accepted on Route S1, offering the same discount as all other Ride CK Inter-Urban Routes.
