CHiRP Home Alarm Checks
A CHiRP Home Alarm Check is a free service provided to anyone living in Chatham-Kent.
During a CHiRP Home Alarm Check, firefighters visit your home to ensure your smoke & carbon monoxide alarms are working, correctly located & not expired. Have alarms that need replacing? We can help with that too.
Firefighters will also engage in conversations about the overall safety of your home and are able to provide further assistance if necessary.
CK Fire & Rescue collaborates with a number of partner agencies committed to working to ensure a safe community.
