Chatham-Kent Welcome Week is from September 13 to 21, 2024.
Chatham-Kent Welcome Week provides the opportunity to connect newcomers to services in Chatham-Kent, to celebrate their contributions to the community through storytelling, and to promote diversity in our community. The week acts as a celebration, while efforts to support and welcome new residents to Chatham-Kent continue throughout the year.

CK Welcome Week Flag Rising - Civic Centre (315 King Street, West, Chatham) on Friday September 13 at 12:30 pm
Citizenship Ceremony - Chatham Capitol Theatre (238 King St W, Chatham ) on Tuesday September 17 at 1:00 pm
CKJobs Career Night Open House - Chatham Branch Library on Wednesday September 18 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Grant Writing Webinar - Wednesday September 18 Time TBD
Understanding Municipal Government - Council Chambers Presentation for Newcomers - Civic Centre (315 King Street, West, Chatham) on Thursday September 19 at 6:00 pm
CK Welcomes: A Community Showcase - Kingston Park (91 Paxton Drive, Chatham) on Saturday Sept 21 from 1-4 pm
